Blackbook Clean Reinstall

    Wanting to omit apps that I do not need/use. Any words of wisdom?

    BTW, Yes, I have searched. :)

    Just use the recovery DVD. Click CUSTOMIZE when the install screen comes up and you can customize everything.

    you could use that...but you can remove excess languages and print drivers my way.

    I used an external drive and Time Machine for a similar exercise last weekend.

    Worked a treat.

    Perform a clean install, and restore your data from your backup.

    Sounds good. I have read a few people have had issues doing such though.

    Im sorry, but this is not possible on the black version, only the white version. /sarcasm
