Ran Blacksn0w. All of my music was gone and in itunes it showed an orange "other" file taking its place. So, I restored and everything is back as it was, no jailbreak. iphone 3GS, 3.1.2.

How simply it mucked up my iphone, sure.

Nothing is perfect, sometimes it doesn't work. But when it does, it works great. I have only personally used Pwnage Tool.

This happens sometimes even with non-jailbroken iphones/ipod touches. Just unplug, replug, resync, and it usually clears up.
