Blinking Screen And A Crunchy Sound

So hi everyone,
Basicly today some blinks occured in the screen,I mean Its not repeating Itself but from time to time during day time It happened and also for once I heard a crunching sound from my MBPr.Should I be worried or does it happen sometimes ?
