Block SMS from unkown numbers

Hello, do you know how can i block sms from unkown numbers? i"m on iOS 10.2.1

Settings, messages, blocked.

that is for when a phone number is displayed.
the sms i receive does not display a phone number.

Setting under blocked, filter unknown senders.

That does some filtering (which isn't really consistent either it would seem) but doesn't block.
