Blocked numbers still received on Apple watch

I've blocked a number on my iPhone and it works however I still get texts on my Apple watch S4 cellular. Turned phone and watch off/on, I've tried unpairing it, which resets the watch, but I still have the issue.

Seems to be a simple fix but I couldn't find anything.

Try General->Reset->Reset Sync Data and see if it works.
