Hi, quick question.
Is there anyway to block ads in Safari?

Yes, jailbreak install dnsmasq and pixelserv. That blocks all ads when configured correctly.
 
Not possible then. Safari doesn't have any addons or extensions like a desktop browser.

Well it is possible. I just did a search on iTunes and found AdBlock from Nordic Innovations and they have an App that blocks ads. It uses a private proxy server to block them. 99 cents well spent.

Still not done through Safari. And that could be a privacy invasion as you are sending your web traffic through their servers.
