Hi, quick question.
Is there anyway to block ads in Safari?
Thanks in advance.
Yes, jailbreak install dnsmasq and pixelserv. That blocks all ads when configured correctly.
Oh, I should of said I don't want to jailbreak my iOS devices.
Not possible then. Safari doesn't have any addons or extensions like a desktop browser.
Well it is possible. I just did a search on iTunes and found AdBlock from Nordic Innovations and they have an App that blocks ads. It uses a private proxy server to block them. 99 cents well spent.
Still not done through Safari. And that could be a privacy invasion as you are sending your web traffic through their servers.
