Blocking People?

Can i block people thru my iphone 3G on my mobileme account or block thru my e-mail account on my mac?

if so can anyone give me directions.

What you could do is setup a mail rule to automatically transfer any messages received from the given email addresses to the trash (or delete permanently). So assuming that your Mac is on and pushing, those emails will not appear on your iPhone or the web.
