Got it so same effect like the other ones if you don’t update.
This means you can’t even change anything if the iPhones updated in any way beyond 18?

Fr. All of these lw/a users on this particular watchOS build shouldn’t update either if they want to keep this blood oxygen feature.
Also do not install security updates either
