Heart Rate:

For occasional reading, I use one of those Apps that use the camera's flash, and you put your finger on it, accurate enough for me.

For continuous reading, you are looking for a wrist (like the Apple Watch), arm, chest band as the sensor and sends the reading to your smartphone's display.

Thank you - I suppose they are pretty much the same...straight forward I guess.

I have purchased an omron BP786 with Bluetooth. It had a sleeve and can take your BP the tubes at a sitting then it averages it out. Omron have an associated apps that you good you phone close by and it reads the data ducky into the apps. It reads sys/dia and heart rate. It is very easy to use. No I don't but work for omron but n just use this very useful tool.
