I use a Omron BP Device and the corresponding Omron app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’ve been using them for many years on earlier watch versions. Never a problem. My Omron connects to the Apple Health app and all my BP readings are transferred to the Health App. I’m able to check my readings in either app. 2 questions. 1. Is there an app for my watch that will automatically record my BP readings from Omron? Omron does not have such an app. 2. Where on my watch can I find my Health App data?

If OMRON doesn't have a watch app, I doubt there is another app that could do it for you, do a search on the watch App Store.

Re the Health app, it's on iPhone and iPad, those are the only 2 that have it. And imho, the AW screen is far too small to look at that type of data.

hi

Omron does have an iPhone and an apple Watch app.
its called Omron Connect. its in the iOS app store. this you already know since your data is syncing to the iPhone Health library. your monitor is not putting data into Health; its doing it through Omron Connect.
after you install it on yr iPhone, you can use the Watch app on your iPhone to also install it on your Watch. just flick the switch and it will install on yr Watch.

after you install it on yr Watch, then you should do a couple of things:
- make sure your iPhone and the Omron bp monitor are linked by bluetooth
- make sure on yr iPhone you go to privacy and security setting and set Location privacy for Omron Connect to Always.
setting it to always is the best way to ensure that after you take your blood pressure that the reading is automatically synced to your Omron Connect app. you can also set the notification setting to alert you that it has been synced.
it definitely wants to be given Always for location privacy. without allowing that, you will need to usually sync it manually. it uses apple's BLE (bluetooth low energy) iBeacon tech to sync.

now, to see yr blood pressure readings on yr Watch, you need to do either of these two things:
1 simply go to the app library on yr Watch and press the Omron Connect icon, or
2 set the Omron Connect to be one of yr complications on yr Watch, and then just press that complication.

you will be able to see your latest 10 readings or so, along with heart rate.

the same Watch app also lets you see yr weight and one other data point as well, such as Lean Muscle Mass (if you use an Omron weight scale that also syncs to the Omron Connect app.

I do not see Omron Connect anywhere in my Watch App on my iPhone. It is not listed in my watch apps. The App Store does not show it as available for the watch. Are you currently using it? I so, where did you find the watch app?

if you are using an Omron blood pressure monitor then first install Omron Connect on yr iPhone.
anyway, first be sure to install the iPhone app Omron Connect, on your iPhone.
then go to the app on your iPhone called "Watch".
having istalled Omron Connect on yr iPhone makes it a candidate for you to install on your Watch.
use the Watch app on your iPhone to then install Omron Connect on your Watch.
to do that, in the Watch app on yr iPhone, just flick the switch to Install for Omron Connect and it will install on yr Watch.
then you will find it in your Watch's app library.
then you will be able to see the Omron blood pressure data on yr Watch.
there is no Health app on the Watch. only on the iPhone. use Omron Connect's app on your Watch to see your data on yr Watch.

yes. i am currently using Omron Connect on my apple Watch.

As I stated earlier, the Omron Connect is on my phone. It has been for about 8 years. I have the latest version. NOWHERE on my watch app or my watch does it show ANYTHING for Omron Connect. I believe you have this on your phone and watch but I don't have it anywhere except my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Omron Connect app and Bluetooth connected my Omron BP5450 BP tester to my phone again. I have checked my Watch app and the Omron Connect IS NOT THERE so I cannot add it as a complication. It does not show up in the list of apps ready to install on my watch. I don't know how else to explain this. I don't know how you got the complication on your watch but I can not!! I am very familiar with Apple watches since my first Apple Watch 3. I've gone thru the entire Omron Connect phone app and the Omron Connect in Settings app on my phone
I appreciate your help but unless you have a secret way to get a complication to show up on my watch, I won't have it.
I am running ios26. That may make a difference. What OS are you running?

I tried the same thing and haven’t ran across this app on my Apple Watch neither and have never seen it for the Apple Watch for the amount of years I have been tracking my blood pressure using the OMRON Connect app.

@Fatyank @Momof2.1107

its on my Watch.
for over 3 years. using Series 8.
as per below screen shot.
screen shot taken directly on my apple Watch.
hope you work out your difficulties with it.
but I'm not in the USA so that may be what is why i have it and you don't.
