SDAVE macrumors 601 Original poster Jul 1, 2008 #1 How does Apple plan to have Blu-ray addon drives later on if most newer and faster Blu-ray drives are SATA only? The Superdrive slots use IDE. There are 2 hidden SATA ports but those only work under OSX and are a headache to use.
