2016 MacBook Pro 13.3 inches, gpu is what I thought as well. Is it worth fixing?
Depends. Do you have a local tech shop (or Apple store) in your area that’s open and could take a look at it? I’d recommend stopping by and asking them just so you’re sure what the issue is. And then you can decide from there. First I would recommend restarting your MacBook if you haven’t done so yet. If that doesn’t work try resetting the SMC and NVRAM (links below). If none of this works I’d recommend heading over to a computer shop to get them to take a look at it.

If that’s the case it should still be under warranty until October. Maybe you could get Apple to fix it
Is the screen an original Apple unit? It looks like a non-retina and the words "MacBook Pro" are missing from the bottom of the LCD bezel.

Yes original Apple, non-retina and it is a MacBook Pro, the printing is there it was just not picked up by my iPhone.

hmm. I’d recommend heading to a local repair shop and getting them to take a look at it. Also have you tried a hard reset on it? That also might help it to work again if you’re willing to go through the process that it is.
I decided to do a complete install, when I booted it up someone else's name popped up to login so I did the command R key and the video is looking normal now that it's reinstalling El Capitan. I'm wondering if this computer was hacked?
