it's not the light on the screen hmm it's like when i take pic of me there is a blue dot on the pic

Try to adjust your cam's setting at full darkness... Then take a picture.maybe check the image shot i took above
I think the problem is the picture quality is set at full brightness and not the cam itself.

Cover the iSight with your finger so it's completely dark. Post back and tell us if the blue pixel is still there when you do that.
The blue pixel is still there, it's just very dim. You can see it in the last two photos. Anyways, the fact that you can still see the blue pixel means that it's a stuck pixel and not a dead pixel. If you want to try and fix it, open up photobooth, and turn on a strobe light in front of the camera. Leave it on for about 2 minutes. That should fix it.
