I have only a small ammount of experience editing on final cut pro (at the risk of sounding like a newb, almost all my editing has been done on iMovie). For work I need to add a logo that lines the bottom of the video using bluescreen effect. I've been working on it but I can't figure out how to get it done in FCE 2, can anyone help me out? Thanks a lot

Obviously I don't know the particulars of the situation, but why can't you just ad the graphic on a separate video layer?

you wouldn't mind while your at it... do you know materials to use for a blue/green screen? should i buy fabric or paint? what kind of lighting? any details i would need to know in order for it to work correctly?

if you're adding a still image like a logo, you could also just import the jpg and then use a color/chroma key filter on it.

EDIT: i forgot you said you're using fce. i'm not sure if the effect i suggested would work since i've never used fce.
