To anyone that can help:

I've been getting a lot of prompts recently to restart my computer by holding down the power button to turn it off. A shade comes over my entire screen, and the message comes up telling me to shut down.

It's happened 3-4 times this past month whereas it has never happened to me before.

I am concerned it is being caused by that Adobe flash malware that has been floating around. I know I updated Adobe Flash in the past month from a popupwindow prompting me to (didn't go to Adobe's site). It looked legit at the time, but now I am a little worried.

Any ideas?
