blue screen on mac mini no bootup

hey guys,

I need some help. I just had a comcast tech come out and install my cable internet and comcast modem and hd cable . He screwed my system because the surge protector that my mac mini is connected to he kept unplugging.

so now after the apple logo shows up it just ssticks on this blue screen and never goes into the desktop... How do i fix this???

Since thats at the fault of Comcast, you might want to contact them...
