Blue Screen

when i boot i get a blue screen after the apple and then a darker blue then back to the original, no log in no nothing. from what i have been reading the problem is when upgrading from tiger to leopard the problem is a 3rd party program that isnt supported. this computer has onlky had os x 5 on it and the only thing i downloaded recently is the new itunes and after i did i rebooted to install then i watched a movie and went to bed. when i awoke my computer was blue screen of deathing me. additional information i have boot camp running XP ultimate sp2 and that works fine, i have know idea may some help please
