Bluesky makes it easy to find accounts with similar interests. I don’t get any politics or trans stuff at all, I get video game news and music stuff there mostly.

Super conservative musk fans complain about it because they don't allow some of the language that twitter allows. I personally prefer a community with some moderation; it leads to less conspiracies and hate. There really isn’t a bot problem there either.

This will be really nice for the thirty or so people who use Bluesky! I keep saying the same thing every time this social network pops up. I guess I just can’t believe people are still talking about it. There is no replacement for X. It is the king. Still the #1 news app in over 140 countries. But hey I’m glad to hear Bluesky is improving, I guess. 🤣

Bluesky has over 33 million users. That's about 10% of the people living in the United States

That's a huge social network

To be frank, social networks are better when they're at this big enough but not too big point that the worst people aren't really that interested. There are bots, but it's not a flood of bots and bot-like behavior like Twitter. Russia isn't trying to sway elections and emotions using Bluesky. Elon Musk isn't trying to buy and then destroy Bluesky

It's just a good place to interact with people

I had a go but it's just a bare-bones Twitter. it looks the same but doesn't have anywhere near as many features. You couldn't even schedule a post when I looked. A couple of years from now you probably wont be able to tell them apart
