Anyone find a fix for the bluetooth audio sync on yosemite. I am using a Bose Soundlink III and almost tempted to ditch it because of the audio lag. I tried the beta updates of Yosemite and they haven't helped.

Major bluetooth audio lag on Yosemite 10.10.1, split second lag on 10.10.2 (MBP 13" 2009, Philips BT3500 speaker). So yeah, problem NOT solved, still unpleasant to watch movies. My phone syncs better.

It's Likely your Soundlink and not the operating system. Also you can try turning off your Wifi. Wifi can disrupt bluetooth.

Ok This is what I found. My first pair of Bluetooth totally wireless earbuds the Omni Wireless something or another were crap. Bad problem with sync. I have learned after I purchased them they are not here yet that the Samsung Icon X earbuds also has this problem. It appears most lag problems are fixed with blue tooth headsets like beats. My Beats are dead on. I have a set of Senso wireless earbuds that have no lag whatsoever have heavy bass and are awesome. I absolutely can not stand audio lag in Video. It drives me nuts. I havea feeling the the Samsung Icon Xs will be returned shortly after I get them for this very reason. Audio lag behind the video is still a real problem with the totally wireless earbud market still. I recommend you picking up a pair of these. They are cheap and awesome. No lag at all in audio from my iphone, Mac or ipad.

SENSO ActivBuds Wireless, Sports Bluetooth, W/ Mic Earbuds, Noise Cancelling.

They are really far better than I ever expected. They sync perfectly and sound great. You can buy them on ebay right now is about $45. They are every bit as good and sound the same as the beats earbuds that cost a great deal more. They also do great with calling and answering calls. Good voice quality. They are really surprisingly good.
