Bluetooth File Exchange doesn't open

Bluetooth prefpane it's working but bluetooth file exchange doesnt even open..it appears as white icon and if i open it..it closes on the first second..please I need help!!!
 
What Mac do you have? Which version of Mac OS X do you have? And are you using the OEM Apple Bluetooth or a USB Bluetooth dongle?
