Hi all,

I tried searching the subject online and still couldn't find a solution. I just purchased a pair of P7 wireless headphones and I noticed the sound is WAY to loud even when turned up one volume notch. I have other wireless headphones and the volume is standard to the volume notches.

Is this an issue with the headphones? Anything I can do on my iPhone to fix this?

Headphones: bower and Wilkins P7 wireless
Phone: iPhone 7 Plus

Any help would be appreciated.

Headphones that are too loud will eventually cause damage to your hearing. If the level can not be controlled thru the headphones themselves, I would return them for a refund.

Will definitely be doing that. Just wondering if it's a hardware issue with the iPhone or headphones
