Bluetooth Headphones with a Plugin Mic?

Now that the iPod Touch 2G has Bluetooth with 3.0 I was wondering if
compatible Bluetooth headphones or earphones (for sound output) would work with
plugin Mics (in the 3.5-mm stereo headphone jack) like the MityMic or that thumbtack mic (for sound input) simultaneously? Thanks.
