iPhone Bluetooth issues

im running the latest operating system and iPhone 8.

I have a Bluetooth speaker JBL connected to my phone and listening to radio.

I continue browsing websites and Then lose the connection with my external JBL speaker. It doesn’t happen with all sites but seems quite a few. The radio continues on my phone speakers.

Why is this happening?
