bluetooth issues

my macbook can access my phone no worries and syncs fine, i have a k810i and had to get a patch for it cause it wasnt supported in the list of phones, i figured this was the reason that i cant send anything from the phone to my mac but is fine the other way, its the same for my gf but then she has the same phone, but tonight someone with a different phone had the same problem, any ideas?

ive set access in the firewall to allow the bluetooth icon changes twice to the connected icon then the phone says connection failed
