Bluetooth Keyboards

One of the primary features that I've been waiting for on iOS 4 is the ability to use a bluetooth keyboard with the iPhone.

Anyone have recommendations on keyboards that are available? I'd like something compact (perhaps foldable) that I can carry around when traveling. I know that Apple has one and the iPad dock would work, but I'm hoping for additional options.
