Bluetooth LE in older Macbook

Hey! I have a late 2009 Macbook Pro, and I was wondering if it is possible to put a Bluetooth LE chip in my machine? Has anyone done this?
I don't want to use a USB dongle or adapter, I'm looking to put something internally if it's possible.

You can check to see if the late-2011 Macbook Pro has the same Bluetooth board as the late-2009. If it does, just switch out the older one with a newer one. If it isn't compatible, you cannot put internal Bluetooth 4 within your Macbook.
