and on my imac i can enable it and it has this window under mouse.

I'm not sure what your problem is. Neither dialog pictured has a control for acceleration, which seems to always be enabled on my system, making the Magic Mouse unusable for me.

You say that yours has the acceleration 'feature' turned off?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

It is called scrolling with momentum and should appear under the mouse pane on system preferences. The problem is that your computer is only recognising it as a generic mouse and not a magic mouse. You need the wireless mouse software update 1.0 from the apple website. It comes built into the latest versions of OS X so if you do a software update you will get it and bring your MBP up to date at the same time. The features only work with leopard and snow leopard so you are out of luck if you are running tiger.
