Bluetooth mouse disconnects - MBA Crashes

So this has happened a couple of times. I will get the 'connection lost' window for my apple bt mouse. When that happens my computer crashes. Every time. It just freezes. Nothing works. MBA 2013 13".

Anybody else?

I suspect you are not seeing replies as this is a puzzler. I have never seen anybody report this on the forums.

Just a thought though. I don't see how a BT device disconnecting could cause a crash. I am wondering if you have a crash underway and the that is causing the BT disconnect just prior to the crash.

What are you doing when this happens?

Take a look in Console for log entries at the exact time this happens to see if that gives you any tips about what is happening.

Also might try running the Apple Hardware Test to see what that finds.

I also have the WiFi issue and Apple support told me to tell my IT Department to change their security settings. Yeah, change the security setting for a Fortune 500 media company with over 5,000 employees.

Because Apple has ceased building products that work properly. Yeah.
