Bluetooth mouse/headphone interference..

So here my setup,

Samsung HD tv (32')
Blackbook
Rocketfish bluetooth mouse and keyboard combo
Motorola S9-HD stereo headset

Problem is..everytime I use my mouse, the headphones cut out sound..using the keyboard has no baring usually but occasionally that cuts out the sound too. I can get great sound reception when Im watching video coz neither keyboard and mouse are being used but if I accidentally move the mouse, the sound cuts out!!

Initially I thought it was the wi-fi but even after connecting through Ethernet the issue persists. I'm approx. 6-8ft from the tv so I doubt the distance is an issue

Any suggestions?
