I have a 2016 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and I am running Windows 10 on BootCamp. As the Mac touchpad is just terrible to use on Windows, and does not support many of its features, I also bough a bluetooth mouse, a Logitech MX Anywhere 2, but I am having serious trouble to use it.

The mouse works perfectly on my MacBook Pro running macOS, and also on my 15-inch Dell XPS 15. It also used to run well on my MacBook Pro under Windows, but recently it has become unresponsive. The bluetooth mouse is detected and even works for a few seconds or even minutes, but then stops responding. I searched in several forums, and it appears that the problem is wi-fi interference. When I turn off wi-fi, the mouse works like a charm.

I also read in several posts that the way to make the mouse work would be to disable "Bluetooth Collaboration" in the Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter in Windows Device Manager. However, since one of the latest Windows upgrades, Bluetooth Collaboration is no longer available to be disabled. I read in some forums that I should restore Windows to a previous state, but that is not possible.

How can I fix this now? Anyone having a similar problem? Thanks.

Does your WiFi router have two transmitting frequencies? My router transmits either on 2.4GHZ or 5GHZ. Generally the 2.4GHZ transmitter is the one that causes interference. If possible and if your router supports it, try changing over to the higher (5GHZ) transmitter.

I have the same problem except I can’t get my MX Anywhere 2 to even connect in windows 10. The same mouse worked perfectly in windows 10 on my 2014 MBP but will not work on my 2017 MBP.

My mouse works perfectly via Bluetooth in macOS.

I’m yet to receive any sort of fix other than using the unifying receiver in windows 10, which rather defeats the purpose of having a Bluetooth mouse in the first place.

Amazingly I managed to get my Logitech Bluetooth mouse to work in windows 10 a few minutes after making my post above!

Try the following:

In device manager open the Bluetooth radio entry. On the power tab untick the option to allow the computer to turn the device off the save power. Restart your computer and try the mouse again.

I tried doing this and I’m still having issues connecting my Logitech MX Master mouse and Craft keyboard.

Yes sadly it promptly broke again later that day.
I’m gong to try and redownload the windows drivers, and see if maybe that fixes the issue, worst case if it doesn’t work I’ll have to use the usb dongle, I just rather have it connect directly to my Mac via Bluetooth .
