Bluetooth Not Available!

My Bluetooth is not available since I installed boot camp 3.1 on windows. So I figured going back in time to go back to 3.0, and after I did so, still Bluetooth not Available on my OS X partition.

Help would be appreciated, cause I can't use my Magic Mouse anymore.
