Bluetooth not working?

Hi, I'm having problem I have a MacBook and my Bluetooth is not working it doesn't comp up in system preferences or and when I open Bluetooth assistant it just says I don't have the bluetooth module.
Also I was just using my Bluetooth mighty mouse about 20 minutes ago and it was working fine.
