iPod touch Bluetooth on iPod Touch

Its a sucker that iPod Touch doesn't support Bluetooth, but what if a bluetooth reciever could plugin into the dock connector. It would power, but would it work? And is it worth all the fuss?

If they gave it bluetooth, it would have too much risk of becoming a voip tool much more easily.

It is not like you can't do it already with a wired headset. I don't think that was the reason though.
