Bluetooth pairing iPads iPhones

I have two iPad 2'sand two iPhone 4's. All on 4.3.3 and jailbroken.

The i devices can not be paired to each other but they do pair to peripherals such as non-apple devices.

Any suggestions on getting these 4 devices to pair?
