When I'm not using my Bluetooth headset, should I keep the Bluetooth switch off on the iPhone, or can I keep it on all the time?

Keep it on if you want to use up your battery quicker.

I think it would depend on how much you use your headset. I only used mine when driving long distances so I turned the BT off on the phone. It means an extra step to turn back on before you connect but it was worth it for me.

I noticed a big difference in battery usage. BTW, WiFi always on also drains battery faster.
