Bluetooth Skipping?

I have a Series 3 that I just acquired and tried to stream apple music on cellular with my headphones paired directly to the watch. I noticed a lot of skipping/cutouts. Is that normal? Is Series 4 any better?

What headphones are you using? My own experience is skipping has always been a HP issue.
I have two pairs of BT earbuds. One is junk and skips no matter what device it is paired with. The other never skips.
I solely stream from music on my phone thru the AW. Nothing onboard the AW.
I have no experience with streaming over cellular however. S

If you go search reviews for the Jabras are there complaints they are prone to skip?
Have you used them on any other devices where they did not skip, hence determining the skipping only occurs when used with your AW?
