Bluetooth Speakers Help

Hi all, i've purchased the JBL Flip Bluetooth Speakers which i have connected to my iMac perfectly but want to know is it possible to have the sound play through my iMac internal speakers at the same time? I wish to have the Bluetooth Speakers in a different room?

That's what it's looking like unfortunately! What about Airplay Speakers? Would the outcome be the same?
