iPad bluetooth tethering auto connect

hi, when im on rooted vz moto x, have Bluetooth tethering enabled and connected to my wifi only ipad, all works well, when i leave the range with my phone and than return to the ipad, i loose the connection and it wont connect manually, have to connect manually every time on my ipad. any way to make the 2 auto connect? thanks

At this point in time, no. iOS 8, which is due to be released some time likely within the next two weeks, will supposedly bring automatic connection for tethering (likely by Bluetooth).

For those who are curious, this doesn't mean that tethering will unlock regardless of your carrier's restrictions. If you have tethering enabled by your carrier, supposedly your iPhone will detect your other iOS devices and your Mac and will tether without requiring any fiddling with the "personal hotspot" or Bluetooth screens.

im surprised there is no tweak for that on a jailbroken ipad

Sorry, I missed the part about it being jailbroken. In that case there may be a solution, but I don't know of it. I would check with the Jailbreak and iOS Hacks subsection of MacRumors to see if anyone has a solution for you.
