Bluetooth

If I'm correct the Apple Watch connects to the phone via bluetooth and wifi. As of right now you can only connect one device to your phone at a time via bluetooth(i have an automatic in my car as well as bluetooth calling in my car but i can only be connected to one or another). Does this mean if i want to connect to another bluetooth device i would need to disconnect my Apple Watch?

I connect my fitbit surge and bluetooth headset simultaneously all the time already.

Same her I have a Bluetooth stereo and an automatic link in my car wonder if all 3 will be able to connect.
