Blurry Canon SD400

Hey, I'm having problems with my digital camera. It's a PowerShot SD400, and it tends to take some _very_ blurry pictures.

I was just wondering...are there any settings I can change to make it take better pictures? I've tried different things, but I don't really understand how to get the right balance.
