Has anyone else noticed that their screen is slightly blurry after updating to iOS 13.1.3? I have the XS Max and it is slightly blurry, which seems to have started right after the update.

Yeah, I don’t buy into the conspiracy theories. Apple (and for the most part, most other companies) don’t have an incentive to provide a planned poor user experience.
