Actually, those aren't even taken at the same time / on the same day - there are 2 plants on the boat deck in the shot from the 11 and none in the shot from the X.

The unmoved cars, unchanged shape/position of the leaves on the ground and the position of the floating plastic bag suggest otherwise. Minutes apart, perhaps, but certainly around the same time. The picture without plants on the deck shows the boat's doors are open. It wouldn't have taken long to move both plants inside the boat.
