I got some smaller games this Christmas
The Mind: A fun group game.
Codenames: A group game that I haven't played yet.
Ticket to Ride New York: A Ticket to Ride game that you can play in 20 minutes. It has a smaller map with cabs.

Codenames is a lot of fun. Easy to learn and fairly quick to play.
Had a Cards Against Humanity session with my kids. They definitely know more inappropriate terms than I do.
Oh yeah, I used Watch it Played with Rodney Smith as a rules review for Mansions, great videos!
We've played Pandemic: Rapid Response twice now. The timer setup means you have to fix a location within 6 minutes, and more every two minutes. We aren't even using the extra challenge cards, and although we had the timer running the second game, we lost before fixing the first city.
Mansions of Madness (2nd Ed.) was a ton of fun! I think when the whole family is playing, we might add a few house rules to make things a bit easier.
