I’ve had a body fat composition scale by Tanita since the late 1990’s, not sure its accuracy. 2 products I’ve been considering, the Hume Health and the Aura strap 2.

Who here has use either or both?
Did you find it useful/ helpful/ accurate?

FWIW I ride MTB bikes 3-4 times a week, yet I am little overweight .. age 62, 5’ 9”, a solid 220lbs .. can go on 3-4 hour intense rides.

I could be wrong, but from what I understand none of these will be super accurate but the trending still has great value. So buying one and sticking with one is probably more important, as long as it’s reasonably accurate.

I think the skin pinch test is still the most accessible and best way?
