Bonjour Printer Cannot Be Detected

I have an Airport Express connected to my Airport Extreme via Ethernet. I am using the Express to extend my Extreme's wireless network. When I connect my Xerox Workcenter 3119 via USB onto the Express, my mac using wireless can print perfectly to the USB printer. When but when I try to use the Bonjour printing setup for Windows, I cannot detect the printer. Do I need to enable bonjour on my express or something? Also, my Windows is connected via Ethernet to my Airport Extreme.

Try deleting bonjour from windows and reinstalling, perhaps with a reboot in between for good measure.

I have re-installed bonjour and re-started but it still doesn't show up. Any ideas?
