Books collection library PDF not showing on iMac.

I have approx 84 PDF files in my Books PDF library which are not accessible via my iMac. I have made sure that books on both iPhone and iMac are turned on for the iCloud. Also made sure that nothing is hidden. The iMac only shows me two books but no PDF files. Attached is the screen shot from my iPhone Books. Thanks

Not sure if it’s related but the size of the Books iCloud data looks minuscule. ?
