I purchased the Vyper XL2 for my 17" unibody MBP and when it arrived there was a tear on the lip / inner lining that protects the laptop from the zip that runs above it. That tear would cause the zipper to get jammed and required a forceful tug to get the zipper over it. Everytime I would try to get the zipper over it, I noticed the tear got larger. Anyways, I contacted Booq and showed them a photo.. and within 2 mins of my e-mail they shipped me a new one without hassle! I guess I keep the old defective one too.. since they didn't mention anything about it. Anyone in the past had experience getting a defective item replaced by Booq?
