I’m starting to think Boost Infinite might’ve been the better route than normal Boost. Especially since I usually upgrade yearly.

Same here. It’s actually cheaper to do infinite if you upgrade yearly. $70.55 x 12 =$846.60. If you get the new iPhone very year you’re paying less than the cost of a new phone ($1199) and getting the phone service included.

My stupid self with the $25 plan and 36 month 0% thought I was getting the year free with the $25 plan. If I realized I wasn’t, I would’ve went infinite plan.

As I’ll be paying $58.33 x 36 =$2,099.88 for 36 months and only have the iPhone 16 Pro Max the entire time. If I decide to trade in at apple they’ll probably only give me like $500-$600 at year two and then I’ll be paying apple $600 ish plus the $2099.88 in the end for a total of nearly $2700.

What a mess and great way to convince someone they’re getting a deal when their not.

I use my phone for work and regularly are in the red, and often get my battery health down to 85% ish in one year so for me I like to upgrade yearly. I hate charging my phone when I could be using it more comfortably.

Received my package today. Decided not to open and will return once support emails me the return label.

They will make you pay to return the device. At least that's what I’ve been told. You have to wait 24-72 hours just for the email. I'm leaving Boost. When I brought my 14 Pro Max over, I had no issues with them. Now, after this, I realize I don't want to deal with them for any troubleshooting I may need to do going forward.

Did you ever receive your return label? I'm still trying to get one as of Monday Sep 30th.
They never gave me a label. Instead they sent me a “RA” which is basically just a RMA # but I had to pay return shipping myself. They also require you to use USPS oddly enough.

Please share your Boost Mobile iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max status.
