Boot animation on boot screen?

Can we have boot animations on our boot screen? Like the windows one?

I manage to change the apple logo to something else(in this case, a radiohead bear logo that has transparent background).

But i want a boot animation. is it possible?

I think it is possible. The logo should just be a file in the system. But I do not know if it can be changed to a animation like Windows 7.

The OS is not designed to facilitate this, AFAIK, the boot image is just a static PNG image which can be changed with various utilities.

is there any utilities that work for lion? or do you possibly know where the png file is located?

You cannot use any videos or graphics that involve movement, but I believe you can change the image. I don't know how to because I've never been interested in doing so. Please do some searching before posting.
